Were you able to activate the prepare or is it greyed out?
Do you own a legit copy of the game via steam?
Have you restarted the trainer and used the new version?

the prepare cheat doesnt work in three kingdoms... i have legit copy of the game in steam

The last game update was 7 month ago.
Make sure to start PLITCH and Steam as admin.
Make sure your anti virus does not block PLITCH.
Follow the important hint to prevent crashes.
