Having same problem, have confirmed version and platform. Read instructions, click prepare, doesnt work
Also, downloaded companion app and the PC client wont prompt me for code, connected to same wifi and tried ethernet.

Heya! This issue might be caused by multiple factors. Could you two give me some examples of games where it didn't work? Could you also please check whether you're running PLITCH and the games as an administrator and whether your antivirus/firewall might be blocking PLITCH?
