I just bought a 1 year premium of plitch to play elden ring but when I play elden ring, plitch cannot prepare. Now I want to refund the premium.

if you want a refund you need to open up a support ticket.

But we can also try to find a solution for it instead.
Did you launch Plitch and Steam with adminrights?
