Hi, Again/ Ive done what you suggested to fix it. I stll get an error message (740) needs elevation? no clue what to do about that.

the 740 message comes from Windows itself when a program needs to be run as an administrator. This message shouldn't have anything to do with the client's functionality, so you can simply close it and ignore it. Just launch the client as an administrator using the PLITCH desktop shortcut. Please let me know if that resolves the issue.
