If you save a game with the 10x on, it will no longer give you any credit for any potions.

Are you playing via steam or origin?
Did you activate the cheat after loading into your savegame?

Thats correct. It is still zero for each potion

strange, have you checked your game-files for errors? the prepare turns on fine and the other cheats work?
