Hey rex2492,
did you try activating the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame (like the red hint says)?
Are you playing via Steam or Msstore?
Is your numpad turned on?
Is the prepare greyed out?
Can you please launch Plitch and Steam/Msstore with Adminrights?
Are you playing Valheim Plus?

Are you playing via Steam or Msstore?
Please launch Plitch and Steam/Msstore with Adminrights!

Same thing for me. Whether I run Valheim from Steam or start it from Plitch, the only options I can currently use are the ones available to Plitch non-premium users. I run both Steam and Plitch in administrator mode. I also am not using the Valheim plus mode.
I do use some minor quality if life mods. Am now trying uninstalling them one by one to see if any will change what I am experiencing at present. Will update if anything changes.

Okay, for what it's worth, after uninstalling a mod called "Discard or Recycle Inventory Items", Plitch functionality reverted back to normal. So once again the Prepare option works and  the full premium range of trainer options are accessible again.
For anyone else experiencing this problem, please try uninstalling any recent mods added to your game one at a time and retest Valheim and Plitch. I also cold booted my PC after 5 mins switched off for each  test just to ensure a complete memory flush had occurred.
