Refer to the other post where it appears that there are new versions (0.9.7b & 0.9.7c), however those updates haven't occurred for me and so I'm still able to use the current version of the trainer.
For those that have received a game update, they've indicated that the trainer no longer activates (Prepare button doesn't work).
