Prepare Cheat does not Work

I've loaded into my save file for Timberborn, and the cheat for "Prepare" does not work properly. I haven't had any luck making it work. Please fix it if its a bug, or please tell me what I can do to help fix it.

All I had to do was right click with mouse button on Timberborn app, go to properties, then click on Security tab, then go ahead and click EDIT, then click on Admin/Administrators. Click on Deny on the check box of Full control, and click it again, so I do have full control as Administrators/Admin. (I think it then changes to you opening it as  Administrator. Though, it doesn't tell you." Reload the game and Load save File (or in my case, I just start a new game, and I was able to click and activate "Prepare" cheats. This worked for me, but I don't know about others.
