Hey MegaManX821,
are you playing via Steam or Epic?
Did you make sure to select the correct version (Steam/Epic) in the trainer?
Is your numpad turned on?

Everything on my end is correct. Steam and correct version.  Pad on.

I tested the cheats but they seemed to work fine

Have you verified your gamefiles for errors in Steam?

It appears to be intermittent.  I can restart the game up to 10 time and get no response.  Then It'll work or one seasion.
