Prepare not activating

The most recent version 2/8/22 doesn't seem to work for me? Game and trainer are both updated. I can launch from Plitch but Prepare doesn't activate so I can't use any of the cheats.

Is your numpad turned on?
Is the prepare greyed out?

I tested the cheats but they seemed to work fine

Have you tried changing the hotkey or activating the cheat manually in the trainer?
Do you have Win7, 10 or 11?
