Try to start the game first and wait until you are in the main menu and then select the game in PLITCH.
Do not have selected the game in PLITCH until you are loaded into main menu.

That still doesn't work?? no matter what i do it just doesn't seems to activate.

Can you repair your trainer by using the Plitch Utilities Tool?
You type in the windows search bar "PlitchUtilites".
