Are you playing via Steam or Epic?
Did you make sure to select the correct version (steam/epic) in the trainer?
Is your numpad turned on?
Is the prepare greyed out?

Hey! We've just released updated trainer versions for both Steam & Epic Games Launcher, does the issue still persist for you?
