prepare works but cheats wont activate
did you gain/spend some resources before and after activating the resource cheats (while prepare is active)?

Having similar issues. Running steam and plitch as admin. Can occasionally get godmode to work (in that I get 999 of all units at the end of a battle) *but* that might only happen to one of my units or, once during the battle, to one of my units and to all of the enemy units (my other units might not have been affected since it was a defensive siege and the unaffected units were part of the garrison). No luck at all with the resources options even after running the game for a while and making sure I've used the resources (including after purchasing those resources from a merchant). Granted, might just make sense to wait for the full release in about three weeks . . .
