Question About Unlimited Health

I have been trying various cheat apps. I have found one that has World War Z and whenever I enable unlimited health, the rats in the game become invincible. I have thrown a grenade in a pack of rats and none were killed. I am considering purchasing a membership, but I want to ask if anyone has noticed this while having unlimited health? I would hate to spend the money just to find out that this is a problem here also, meaning the game may be implementing this to thwart cheating. This problem I have experienced using WeMod.

In which mission do you have to kill rats? 🤔
We've never heard of a user with this issue.

I have played it more yesterday using WeMod and noticed if you turn off infinite health the rats can be easily killed. And in one of the new Aftermath levels you have to get a flame thrower to melt ice on doors to progress. The ice also cant be melted unless you turn off infinite health. The rats will follow you and can climb. I tried ignoring them and moving up a level and they just followed us. You dont experience any issues like this?

Like i said in my previous post... we've never heard of any user with this issue using our cheats.
