I have also encountered this issue.  I rarely use the invisible cheat, but tried it during the Quest into the Hospital wing.  It made the game shut down and exit. (not freeze). I am using steam. Just FYI

if you have the invisibility cheat active, and try to fast travel, the game crashes. turn it off before entering somewhere with a load screen

when ever i use the invisability cheat my game crashes if i teleport using the green flames
