Hey guys, 
we're currently reworking the relic/perk cheats because they seem to be different from savegame to savegame.

We added new cheats for the skillpoints and experience points. Use the cheats marked "DLC" if you created your savegame AFTER the 2.0 update. Use the regular cheats if you created your savegame BEFORE the 2.0 update. The "Add Attribute Points" works normally in both versions. 
With this change the cheats should work for everybody. Please let us know your feedback, if everything is working for you.
