Resource codes don't work

The combat codes work absolutely fine.  The resource codes don't.  Is there a particular instance you use them?

Were you able to activate the prepares?
Did you gain/spend some resources before and after activating the cheats?

I have this same problem too and I did try to use the cheat both times and it didnt seem to work, only the combat seemed to work.

Were you able to activate the prepare for resources?
Did you gain/spend some resources before and after activating the cheats (while prepare is active)?

I had tried both waits and it seemed not work, I am not sure what I was doing wrong.

To clear it up at least from my side, the buttons dont work at all like they will do nothing.
