You can change the hotkey by clicking on the pen symbol if you don't have a numpad.

It apear to engage becaust of the loud sound it generate but after that the num 1, 2 and 3 fail to work.
The num 4 give the sound but no action is generated.

I tried to activate at the begening as soon as I am in the garage also i tried later on during the game.
Same result.

When I first start the game I tried to activate it with num 0 and the sound show that it was on than as I tried num 1 to 4 it just did not work.
after i try many time but no result.
