Set HP not working?

I've tried to set my HP using the trainer, and it makes the sound and acts as it worked, however my health is unchanged. This worked in previous versions to my knowledge.

Are you talking about the "Set Max HP" Cheat?
Did you take some damage after activating the cheat?

I have taken damage before and after activating, my HP max does not increase
