Several commands do not work

The first is prepare, which I tried in every way to activate, I also changed from num 0 to others, but it still doesn't activate , and unlimited energy , money , view , fallowers they remain grayed out as if they were inactive , not like freezing time and the rest that turn green . It is possible that the others do not activate because prepare doesn't go activated.
Version : 1.3.1.011 - 2023-05-08, 64bit (Steam)
