I activate cheats while in game (remastered version) as info instructs but nothing works. I also get crashes as well. Can we possibly get a update please maybe that will help if not I am not sure how to fix the issue. I even lowered graphics etc and nothing. I bought premium basically just to try them out on this game..

are you playing via Steam or GOG and did you make sure to select the correct version (Steam/GOG) in the trainer?
Which cheat did you use that caused the game to crash?

I used the steam version, Nothing seems to work for me and when I try to use the money options I get a general crash and the game closes. I launched Plitch as admin, game as admin I verified the files and even lowered the settings but mods don't work they just activate. By the way I try using the remastered version as the trainer says to since it is only compatible with the remastered version.

What game version did you choose in the main menu? 
Do you use additional mods? 
Please also try following: 
Please run the PLITCH Utilities Tool that comes with the PLITCH Client and is located in the PLITCH Installation folder.
Click on 'Cleanup Registry and Files' and wait for the tool to finish.
Once it is done, you can do a clean installation of PLITCH but do not start it.
Now click on Repair VC Runtime in PLITCH Utilities and on 'repair' in the next popup.
Now restart PLITCH, if it still does not work reinstall VC Runtime via the 'Repair VC Runtime' Feature in our tool.
