Skill point doesn't work

So if you type "10" in the insert field and activate the cheat, you'll have 10 skillpoints.
And if you set it to 0... well that removes all your skillpoints.

Say I already earned 1 skill point throughout play and I press the hotkey to add 10 skill points instead of it showing 11 skill points it doesn't add them and it actually removes the current skill point earned through the game
