Yeah, I've gotten them to work. I went into the character screen, used the cheat then switched character and switched back. Hope that works for you. :)

Are you playing via Steam, GOG or Origin and did you select the right version (Steam/GOG/Origin) in the trainer?
Were you able to activate the prepare or is it greyed out?

i am playing origin version and helth trainer worrking and other are not like exp,attribute .any know how to solve?

Did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?
Did you gain xp BEFORE and AFTER activating the cheat?
