I installed the game all over and started a new game. Works now. Sorry for the bother, should have tried that first.

Skills and experience are locked and therefore im not able to do anything with them. The Street cred function does not work either. I follow the instruction but it does not work

Did you activate the prepare or what do you mean by the cheats are "locked"

whatd you do to fix it...? Because this exact same thing is happening to me. I reinstalled, started a new game and theyre not working
