Were you able to activate the prepare?
Is your numpad turned on?
Have you tried changing the hotkey or activating the cheat manually in the trainer?

yes. I was able to activate the prepare my numpad is turned on and i switched the hotkey to multiple things and nothing worked. Even manually.

yes. I was able to activate the prepare my numpad is turned on and i switched the hotkey to multiple things and nothing worked. Even manually.

I tested the cheat but it seemed to work fine

Have you checked your gamefiles for errors?
Do you own a legit copy of the game via steam?
