Hi! As far as I know, Skull Totems can only be acquired in Ridden Hives which are online co-op activities, but you might find a better answer on the Back 4 Blood community forums.

I think what Tonygates18 is trying to say is... Can we get a cheat for adding skull totems? They are attainable through offline single player mode, & I have had no problem getting them while using the trainer. The skulls are hard to find, easy to miss, backtracking is impossible, & the way the hives are made, it doesn't take much for you & the bots to be knocked off a ledge causing you to lose what you did find. So a skull totem cheat would be a HUGE help.
