Some cheats grayed out?

I activated, used some of the cheats such as unlimited medallion, orens and vigor but now the rest is grayed out. It even took me a while, restarting the game etc to be able to get the oren/gold cheat to work. Any help?

I even used the talent point cheat, spent the points but can't use it again?

Are you playing via steam, gog, origin or do you have a retail of the game?
Did you make sure to select the right version (steam/gog/origin/retail) in the trainer?
Did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into your savegame?
Are you using mods?
