stamina Cheats not working

I recently bought this game on steam because the version I had was outdated and some of the cheats didn't work. Now even with the latest version on steam the infinite stamina codes for the horse and the player do not work, as well as the core statement codes they also work. Further information I am planning on steam the latest version. Every other code works fine, it's just the stamina codes all three of them.

just a FYI the stamina Core depletes when you are sprinting for both the horse and the player so I don't know if that is a separate code that needs to be made or not

Could you please make sure you're running both PLITCH and Steam as an administrator?

thank you for your reply,I tested your suggestion I am running both PLITCH and steam as the administrator. Although it improved the dead eye core (which was unexpected) the player stamina core (the ring around the core) still depletes and when it reaches zero the colors get weird like they are supposed to without the cheats. As far as the horse stamina core goes the code seems to be working as intended, but that could be due to the fact that I have level four bonding with all my horses. 

To sum up the player stamina gauge depletes even though both the maximum core code is on and the infinite player stamina code is a now as far as the inner stamina core that starts to deplete but then when it gets to about 95% it refills however the colors are still weird because the ring is depleted.

FYI even though the maximum core cheats are on (all of them) the rings are never filled 360° I don't know if they're supposed to be if this code is on or if it's just cosmetic.
