stats clearing on level up

I was using the cheats to level each stat to around 400 then I turned on the cheat for more xp . On leveling up it put all my stats back to normal . Is that normal or did I do something wrong ? Not a huge issue since I can level up then set stats for the evolution I want . I was just curios is all

I'm sorry but we can not do anything about it. That's the case for a lot of games.
