I tried using the 2 cheats pertaining to weight 1 at a time then tried both together and even though my stats show "Lightweight" and my max weight is 1.0/99999.99 I still Fat Roll and thats what i wanted to prevent . Is 1 of the cheats not working correctly or did neither ever stop Fat Rolling? If they didnt could you update it and change that please?

Hey Jolp2022,
the cheats only affect the inventory space and not the roles. But I can recommend you to use the stat for Endurance and raise it a little bit so you don't have to do the heavy roll anymore.
