I hate to bring up this issue after it's already been brought up twice, but the cheat(s) for this game still don't work. Specifically, the 1000 Gold cheat.

I m running a fresh install of The Guild: Gold Edition. There are no mods installed.

My Numpad is turned on. However, I use the android phone app to activate.

I am using the Steam version, and have tried the Revised, and other version. 32 bit. There is no difference.

The "Prepare For Gold" cheat is active.

Any suggestions to correct this?

Did you gain/spend some gold before and after activating the gold cheat (while prepare is active)?

I just tried that with both the revised, and other version. Here is what I did:

- Started with 1250 gold
- (Prepare inactive) Bought a cheap building upgrade
- Activated Prepare
- (Prepare Active) Bought another upgrade
- Pressed Hotkey. No change.
-Waited for gold to change in case the display just had not changed. No 1k gold added.

If it matters at all, i'm using the T&L version because the framerate is smoother.

I tested the cheats and you're right. The cheats do not work in the T&L version due to a different name of the exe.
I added it to the to-do list.

Hi, I can't get prepare to activate at all. I can't see what I'm doing wrong. I've tried each game version but it's not working.
