Submitting A Support Ticket

I have a problem with submitting a Support Ticket.

I have completed the form and clicked the 'Send' button, however I simply cannot send the ticket.

Can anyone please tell me why I can't do this and how to rectify the problem?

i got charged 2 times and i havent even got premium paid $30 aud for nothing
