I noticed that the 1 turn recruit does not work for ships anymore it does not allow all of them to be 1 turn

did you restart the trainer and use the updated version?
Are the rest of the cheats working fine?

yes everything else works and I have reset the trainer and used the updated version

I tested the cheat but it seemed to work fine

You have to reassign the troops for the cheat to work.
