Did you spend AP before and after activating the cheat?
Were you able to activate the cheats but they didnt seem to have a function? :o

I had relaunched the game and tried again. I press the key in Plitch windows. It works for money but not unit. [+ AP] Further, I also tried the keys (shift F1 and Ctr F1) in the game. The result is the same - money worked but not the unit.
