First of all you have to enter the bar, after that press at the Single-player field, afterwards you have to choose in which mission you want to get in, after that choose the difficulty of your mission and in the next window your "Gold" should be at the bottom on the right side. Than you can change it, leave this screen and enter ist again to see the change.
