the cheats are not working

when i activate the cheat by pressing 0 and run the game the othe keys like 1 and 2 for money and honor cheat are not working . sometimes game stuck and freez.

I got the same problem. Num 0 works and the cheats become activated. But then when i press Num 1 or Num 2, nothing happens. 
I am playing regular anno 1404.
Help!

What do you mean by platform. 
Yes i selected the right version in the trainer.
