I have bought premium today to play Cyberpunk 2077 and tried both 2.0 and 2.1 Steam versions.
In both versions "prepare" button is not greyed out but pushing it doesn't activate Perks, Attributes and Money cheats.
I have active no reload, super aim cheats buttons though...
In the past with different games there was no problem.

did you gain those specific xp before and after using the xp cheat (while prepare is active)?

did you launch Plitch and Steam with adminrights?
