THE INCREDIBLE ADVENTURES OF VAN HELSING

for "The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing" it's very important to select the right entry in PLITCH and then select the matching version there, because the game uses 8 different executable files (if I remember the number correctly) depending on your system and game settings

• at first you've to know if you use a 32bit or 64bit operating system, but I assume you use 64bit as we don't support 32bit anymore
• second you've to know if you use Win10/11 or below, but I assume you probably don't use Win7 or 8 anymore
• third if you search for "The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing" in PLITCH, you'll find 4 entries (without any addition to the name as well as with "2", "3" and "Final Cut") and you've to ensure you select the matching one to the game you own on Steam (probably the first without any number or the "Final Cut" in your case?!)
• now it's best to start the game on Steam and check in the settings in game if you've selected DirectX 9 or 11 there (probably it's 9 for you at the moment, but most computers should run best with DirectX 11 setting)
• then close the game and select in PLITCH on top right (near the Start-Button) which version you run of the game (if you've the Final Cut of the game and use Win10/11 64bit and selected DirectX 11 in game settings, it's the latest entry "1.10b DX11, Win10, 64b it")

We only support the DX11 version of the game but it's set to DX9 by default. Please go to the settings and make sure you're playing the DX11 version: https://i.gyazo.com/a75ac14f7632831e3ae4f35fafd8783f.mp4

Also, please ensure to run Plitch and Steam as administrators. To do this, right-click on the desktop icon or the .exe file and select 'Run as administrator'.
