Are you playing via steam or epic?
Did you activate the cheat AFTER loading into your savegame?

"Unlimited ammo" works just fine though.

Were you able to activate the cheat but it didn't seem to have a function?
Have you tried changing the hotkey or activating the cheat manually in the trainer?

Hi IronJulia, I'm having the same issue too. I'm playing on Steam version and No Reload cheat does not work for me.
 I activated the cheat after loading my savegame and I've tried manual and hotkey activation too.
