the prepare button or any button doesnt work

hello i am trying to use plitch for just having fun in this game but when i opened then game and tried to press 0 on my numpad it doesnt do anything ( it is not on num lock )
could some one please help me?

Hi nihal2379,
Is the prepare greyed out?
Can you start plitch and steam with adminrights?
