What isn't working for you?
Were you able to activate the prepare or is it greyed out?
Is your numpad turned on?

 im having the same problem the trainers prepare option is green but nothing else will let me activate regardless of whether i use the 
shortcut macros that were sert originally or if i change them to something else all other option stay grayed out
