Trainer starts lagging game

It seems once i active super range and unlimited health, my game starts lagging none stop, closing the trainer doesn't stop it so the only way for me to stop the lag is to close the game fully and relaunch it, wondering if there is anything i can do to stop this,

I'm running version 2.1.4 of cw4

Did you activate the prepare AFTER loading into a mission?
Are you using mods?

i activeated the prepare once the mission started and after i used a bit of energy to allow the trainer to register the game working, and i am not using any mods.

Update though with it, if i keep the game going the lag does end up going away after about 5 minutes, but every 5-10 seconds my entire network acts like my hq was hit by a skimmer and it stays that way for another 5-10 until it repeats itself.

Have you checked your gamefiles for errors?
Is the game also lagging when not using the trainer?

no errors with the files and it doesn't lag when not using the trainer, at this point i'm just confused as to what the issue would be

seems like it's a specific mission one, guess a script from one of the community maps was causing interference with it, least now i know what the cause was, sorry for the trouble.
