Everytime I do that I get this for ever:

... VERIFYING YOUR ORDER ...
YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
Right now, our technical wizardy is pulling switches and pushing buttons to grant you full access to your PLITCH experience.

And the order never went through. I'm having troubles loading the client. It's also stuck, so I posted here. I hope that's okay.

You have a transaction ID? Did you open a ticket about it?
