I am having the same issue. I even bound the hotkey to a single key to make sure.

what exactly isn't working for you - only the item cheat?
Are you playing via Steam or GOG?
Did you make sure to select the correct version (Steam/GOG) in the trainer?

Are you playing via Steam or GOG?
Did you make sure to select the correct version (Steam/GOG) in the trainer?

I am playing on Steam.  I'm using the right version of Trainer, and yes it's just the item cheat that isn't working.  I can't even get the activation sound to play.

thanks for the info, issue should be resolved now. Click the item once to update the value after changing it
