The Prepare button is green but I am unable to activate it via mouse or keyboard. I believe an update was recently released so this cheat may need to be updated.

After a long time the latest version is now available in PLITCH. But only with wealth cheats because influence and power are now calculated in the background and can not be changed anymore.
