Fresh install completed and both launched in Admin mode, still no change and im unable to Prepare cheats for this game in particular

sorry for the quick update, it doesnt seem to work for my other games after the fresh install now, ive tried on the game Forewarned

Might I also add that I am unable to Prepare Cheats for this game. I have also completed fresh installs. When I install Plitch, the option to Run Plitch appears with a tick box. When I choose to run plitch through the installer, the plitch.exe cannot be found. I have to go and manually start the application. Is it a problem that I am installing Plitch on a different drive to the OS?
