Unable to use cheats

Hiya guys,

I am not able to use these cheats in-game. I activate once I have started my duty however when I try to add +£5,000 it doesn't add this. Any ideas?

The cheats are saying they activate (By the sound & illumination) however no money is added.

Hello, yes. still nothing.

I assume this would work on the campaign however im still having issues.
