When I hit the limitless stamina button, While playing with AI, I noticed that AI has unlimited stamina. Is it possible that only I have unlimited stamina without AI?

The play button has nothing to do with the cheats.
You activate the cheats but pressing the assigned hotkey of the cheat.

Okay, I gotcha. My issue is, is it feasible for me to have endless stamina but the AI does not?
