unsure on how to activate the cheats that are given

just recently got premium and i dont know how to activate any of the cheats given.

First of all you need to select whether you have uplay or uplay+ in the trainer.

After loading into your savegame you need to activate the prepare in order to use the other cheats.
If the prepare is greyed out you need to start PLITCH with admin rights.
