Update the Trainer

I noticed some tools of the trainer do need an update, since resources like food rations, crops, etc. Also update for the Bug Fix #4 and later on.

the latest version (0.24.4.18 16 BETA) for the last major update is already available in PLITCH.
Please try to start both PLITCH and Steam with explicit administrator rights (right-click on the desktop icon and then "run as administrator"). Then start the game with the "PLAY" button in PLITCH.
Load into your savegame and play for a while before you activate the cheats. This ensures that the game can load all structures.
